The West Windermere Way is a newly created route that follows the western shore of Windermere between Newby Bridge and the ferry line, linking to the existing Windermere West Shore Way between Ferry House and Wray Castle. This new route will follow the lakeshore in places (mainly off-road), but will also head away from the lake taking in some key visitor attractions. Make the most of the £2 bus fares – ideal for getting to Newby Bridge/Lakeside from the park.
